For those of you that don’t know, my 25th birthday is coming up! I’m a Halloween baby! My brother threw me an awesome early surprise party with my family and made me a ridiculously awesome Companion Cube cake! He even put together a Lego Chell and cake to go with it. I am so lucky to have him as my big brother.
Today my friend Joe surprised me with some other gaming goodies— my own Eve hypo and Companion Cube. I think my birthday has a theme this year… : )

Gary wanted to ask his lady to marry him, but instead of doing it over a fancy dinner or at the beach, he hired a pair of Portal level designers to make a custom lovey-dovey map and even got Ellen McLain to reprise her role as the voice of GLaDOS. Gary is a smooth criminal.

I didn’t see the big hub-bubb (that’s right. HUB-BUBB) about this until I got a minute or two into the video. These are really sick, although I’d like to know how they threw the cube like that. My console version definitely does not allow throwing like that.
